Synditrack (“the App”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our mobile applications on iOS and Android.

  • User Selections: We collect information about TV shows and movies you select to generate syndication payment information.

  • Subscription Information: If you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes purchase details securely on our behalf. We do not store your full payment details.

  • Automatically Collected Information: We may collect technical details such as device type, operating system, crash logs, and usage statistics to improve app performance and reliability.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate and manage user accounts

  • Process and manage subscriptions

  • Generate syndication payment information based on your selections

  • Improve, troubleshoot, and personalize the App experience

  • Communicate with you regarding your account, purchases, or support requests

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:

  • With Service Providers:

    • Firebase (authentication and related services)

    • RevenueCat (subscription purchase management)

    • Amazon Web Services (AWS) (API hosting and image storage)

  • We retain account information as long as your account is active.
