These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Synditrack mobile applications on iOS and Android (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Synditrack. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Synditrack offers subscription-based access to certain features.

  • Purchases are processed securely through RevenueCat and your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.

  • We do not provide refunds except as required by applicable law or the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or servers.

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Synditrack (including software, design, and data) are owned by New York State and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App provides syndication payment information based on available data, but we make no guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or error-free.

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
